How time flies!!

I really cannot believe this year is almost gone! Time flies by when you're having fun. Chris & I just stare at Grace and talk about how quickly it goes and how she is changing daily. She has the funniest expressions and is so animated and a drama queen! She is such a constant joy to us, even when she's displaying those lovely terrible two's. So many things are changing with her, that I don't even know where to begin. Of course if I would update the blog more, I wouldn't be stressing over that! Gracie is a chatterbox and her vocabulary is huge. Now you might not understand it all, but she tries real hard to get you to. She loves to dance, is very much into Barney and choo choo (never thought I'd miss The Wonder Pets), will sing along to songs (although in her own language), and just giggles like crazy when she spins and rolls. Thor is her constant companion, and we'll find him letting her chase him more now. As much as he has tried to resist, he loves her 100%. Chris will go to tickle her and he goes in front of her to make sure she's not being attacked. What a good protector! Grace has also taken a major liking to airplanes. She went to her first airshow with Chris and his mom (MiMi, as she nows calls her, but we're still trying for Gammy-sorry Linda)! I didn't get to go because I had my first official girls weekend away from her, as I went to Vegas with my wonderful friend Heather (yes, I cried when she left with daddy that morning and cried when I got back to her)! Uncle Chase came home from Japan, so we look forward to lots of visits from him (hint, hint)! We also welcomed a new addition to the family. Carrie & Matt had sweet Taylor, and we cannot wait to meet her! Grace can point at her pics and say her name, so now we're ready for the real thing! Enough of my chatter, here's some new pics! I can't promise, but I'm going to yet again try very hard to update more, and post more pics. Anyone that knows me well knows, I take an obnoxious amount of pics, so I have plenty to share! p.s. Yes I realize she still has her paci...I'm weak and she loooooves them so!

Summer Days!

Today Gracie had her first shot at the outdoor sprinkler and she LOVED it! We found a fabulous ball sprinkler (right up her ball lovin alley) and she thought that was completely awesome. She kept saying ball and water and squealing with delight! She played for a bit and then all of a sudden she was stripping off her water diaper and t-shirt and became naked sprinkler girl! We had a great time, and Chris also liked that this sprinkler watered the yard better than the normal yard sprinklers. Hope yall had a great day, too!

This weekend Chris played in a golf tournament with his bosses. Since it was close to Dallas area, Gracie and I tagged along for some Nana and Colpa time! Did I mention how enjoyable it is to travel with a 2 yr old......NOT!!! She slept the last 10-15 minutes of the drive there, and then when we got there she remained crashed on me till it was time to go into the crib. Well, lets just say it took a while to get her down and poor Chris had to get up at 5am to leave for the tournament. 1230 a.m. and the house was calm so off to bed we all went. They did great in the tournament and we had a fun time at the Taste of Addison, a festival of sorts. It was very hot and humid, which wore me and Gracie out (see pic to follow of us both crashed for an afternoon nap), but was nice to spend time with my parents! Gracie had a blast with her Nana and Colpa and got to chase the kitties and watch the ducks that daily fly into my parents pool to swim and hang out. Gracie had so much fun with the ball Nana got her and she has decided her Colpa is very funny!

Before we left Gracie enjoyed her very first ice cream cone. Didn't realize she hadn't had the cone before, because she has definitely eaten her share of ice cream. I of course had to grab the camera for some pics. She shared with everyone, including Thor (another reason he's getting porky)!

Yes, it's been a while, but I feel I'll be getting better at keeping the blog updated. Since I've last posted I've gotten a new job that doesn't require me to work evenings or weekends and no on call, so I'll have more time on my hands! Yeah!!! Grace has also turned 2, and we had a blast at her birthday party. Chris & I also celebrated on her actual birthday by taking her to Olive Garden (she loves that place), ice cream at Baskin Robbins and a trip to Toys R Us to pick out one present. She of course picked out a ball, her favorite thing in the world. That is why her birthday party theme was balls. We've slowly started getting honey do's around the house done, now that we have more time, and I am of course adding just as many things to the list, as things that go off it! We've put a halt on the remodel to the garage for a bit, as our contractor is booked for a while, and we really feel comfortable with him doing the work. Grace is saying MANY more words and starting to put words together, but even when you cannot understand her she is babbling away! She is in LOVE with my I-Phone, and knows how to work it better than I do. She loves music and likes to twirl now. She grabs your finger and drags you where she wants to go...it's her world and she just allows us to live in it! She's become more lovable with Thor, and he appreciates that. He can still get higher than her if needed, and we totally understand why he might have to do that. Grace loves to be outside and blow bubbles, throw and kick her balls, play on her random assortment of toys outside, and chase Thor. The changing table left her room, as Chris found her sitting on top of it one day. We realize her climbing days will only get worse and the crib will follow soon, but fingers crossed so far so good! She loves to take pictures, I let her use my old camera and she holds it out in front of her and says cheese. I guess she's seen us do that a time or two. Gracie has also gotten to see her Uncle Chase as he was on leave from Marines and came in from Japan to surprise Chris. She also got to see her Aunt Carrie who traveled to Texas for a wedding. She is due in July, and we cannot wait to meet baby Taylor! Grace has discovered crayons are great for creating masterpieces on the wall (thank goodness for the magic eraser), has mastered the "who, me?" expression, is full of different facial expressions that are all so silly, and is just our wild child! Life is good at the Cox house, just day to day activities and laughing at Gracie constantly! I'll work on updating the blog weekly, fingers crossed!

We are getting ready for Christmas. It's been so fun buying presents for Grace this year, and also very hard to stop buying for her. She is loving putting things around her neck right now (don't worry we watch her), she loves beads, scarves, a purse, you name it it's there! She also loves coloring, aka scribbling and looking at her books. She still likes to eat the books, but is now done ripping pages out. Progress! She is also fascinated with getting all her blankets and clothes out of her dresser and baskets and nicely stacks them all over her room. She did start putting them back when I fold them, well she started that today, so fingers crossed. Staying at home for Christmas this year, and my parents are flying in to visit (very excited to see Nana and Colpa)! Adding some updated pics of Grace. I got my Christmas present early, a new camera, and oh how I LOVE IT!!! Now to find time to start scrapbooking all those photos...I do miss scrapbooking. We went a week early to Brownwood to spend Thanksgiving (I was on call over the holiday) with Chris's relatives and it was so much fun. Grace and her cousin Case played nonstop and we had a great time. The Christmas tree has been an experience. The one in the patio room has cluttered on top with the ornaments that need to be free from Grace's hand, while the bottom is very bare, except for a few ornaments she is allowed to take off, put on, take off, put on....you get it! She got to experience her first snow, and she like throwing it. She'd then run to me to wipe that cold stuff off, and then she was off again. Thor was a wild boy running in it and she thought that was just the funniest thing ever!

Well I don't know what happened, but for some reason I've been blocked out of editing our blog. But, we're back now, so since yall have missed so much, I thought I'd just update ya and add a bunch of pics. Gracie is growing so fast and is just amazing! She is babbling like crazy and slowly, very slowly, saying more words! She is 18 mths and just had her 18 mth check up. She weighs 25 lbs and is 33 inches (she's 95% on her height, I think she's taking after her Colpa). She is all over the place, copying everything we do, loving on Thor to the max, and loves to color (yup we have our first color marks on the wall). She is loving playing dress up with random things lately. She is wearing the Wii remotes, a scarf, beads and whatever else she can find around her neck, has taken over one of my purses and thinks it's fabulous to get cherry lip balm put on her lips. For Halloween she and Thor were both ferocious sharks, and of course we visited the pumpkin patch again this year at our church. We went to NASCAR with our friends and she got to spend the weekend with Gammy. She did great and I only cried 2 times (well I'm only owning up to 2 times). Chris and I were so happy to see her when we got back, and we swear she grew the few days we were gone. She has turned into a little biter at daycare, and we're on our 2nd bite warning! Yikes, praying this stops quickly. She seemed to really bite alot while we were gone and the precious ladies in her room think she was just acting out because she missed us, as she's doing fine now! Fingers crossed! I cannot believe the year is almost over, but we're very excited for Christmas. She loves to go in stores and see the lights on the trees, so this should be a fun year! We're also very excited that Gracie is going to have a cousin. My sister in law and her husband (Carrie and Matt) are expecting their own little angel, and we're very excited! Good luck you two, we love you! We send our love to you all, and I promise I'll be on top of it now that we're back up and running.

Gracie loves to be outside, and like her mother loves to have her shoes off. Poor Chris he's going to be paying for pedicures for the rest of his life (bad for him, good for Gracie and I)! Gracie has a car that her Aunt Jolene got for her and she loves to drive it and get in and out and in and out and in and out of it! She also likes to throw the ball for Thor to fetch, as well as for her daddy to fetch, ha ha! Gracie really enjoys water too, which is why she emptied Thor's water tub and played in it! Poor Thor, his life will never be the same!

We were looking at furniture for our front room and Gracie had a blast sitting in those kid recliners. So since she's not already spoiled enough, we went and bought her her own pink comfy chair! SHE LOVES IT!!! We catch her getting into it on her own and just chillin and watching tv. She even put her feet over one side, but of course I didn't have the camera when that happened.

Gracie refuses to nap for us for any substantial amount of time, in her crib. But, she was home sick from daycare and CRASHED (yes, she was snoring) for almost two hours in her new toy! No, this hasn't happened again, and neither has the crib napping!

When we are close she acts like she's gonna take a nose dive off of it. But, she completely knows how to get off nicely! What a little drama queen....I wonder where she gets that from???

We've been very nervous to introduce the fork, but while eating peaches she grabbed the fork from me. She did really good and LOVED that we clapped and hollered for her! I have to take the fork from her in between as she starts twirling it and doing crazy things, but she has the concept!

I took the pics on my phone so they're a little fuzzy, but still so very funny! We have a big tub that cookie dough had come in and Gracie has called it her own. She has started playing with it for extended periods of time and thinks it's her hat! Of course Chris and I laugh every time she does this, which feeds her desire to continue it! It is a hoot...dang she is precious!!!

Chris had a birthday on August 4th and we went to see the Rockhounds. It was also Texas Tech Alumni Night, so that made the birthday even better. Get your guns up!!! Chris had a great time, as did we all. We spent the evening with our best friends, the Holladays. Gracie loves them so much. She especially loves playing with Tanner & Harris (her brothers from another mother) and they are so sweet with her! The boys better watch out, as she has serious protectors. Gracie was a trooper and made it till the end of the game. After the game she got to run the bases with her Aunt Jolene (she adores her Aunt Jolene). What a great night! I love you Chris, Happy Birthday!

Gracie has a buddy named J.P., who she used to get to see at daycare 5 days a week. They no longer go to the same daycare, but they still remember each other and have such a great time together. We got the kids together for dinner and play, and boy were they all smiles and giggles. Dinner was a hoot, because they kept sharing their food with each other. J.P. has the coolest climb toy (yes Gracie is going to be getting one soon because she's SPOILED) and they were like little maniacs on it! They then went outside to play with J.P.'s 4 legged siblings and Gracie got to meet her first Great Dane!

Luckily Chris had to go for training with his new job to the Dallas area. This meant Gracie got to go play with her Nana & Colpa. We had such a great time. Gracie had her fist zoo trip and boy was it hot, but she liked it and was such a trooper. She finally figured out that she loves the swimming pool and couldn't get enough of their pool. She played hard and got lots of hugs and kisses. Note to my family, my dad picked her up, can you believe it! We love yall!

We had the honor to attend our friends wedding. Jim and Kelly and their children had a beautiful wedding and reception. It was perfectly decorated, with typical thoughtful & fun Kelly touches all throughout, including some fabulous 80's glasses that Jolene and I had to wear. Gracie had a fun time and got lots of hugs and kisses from your aunts and uncles, especially her Aunt Kelly (who looked oh so beautiful)! Linda (aka: Gammy) also came down to watch Gracie while mommy and daddy got to stay for the entire reception.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

Hoping all the father's out there had a wonderful day! Father's day started for Chris on Friday. He took Gracie to daycare for "doughnuts for daddy". They all had doughnuts together, and Chris and Gracie had a great time. The picture of Chris in a baseball cap was the one I took on their way there. Gracie & Thor gave their daddy a Texas Tech under armour shirt and a ball marker for his beloved golf games. Of course Gracie felt she needed to open the card and presents for her daddy, but Chris loved that too. We of course tried the shirt on her and she thought that was very fun, she loves her raiders!!! This weekend has been a very restful father's day weekend for Chris, but boy oh boy has it been eventful for Gracie. Sometime in the last couple of days she chipped her left front tooth. It's not extremely noticeable, but none the same we've tried very hard to figure out when this happened, with no result. It doesn't appear to bother her, but I of course feel horrible. I of course called Jolene immediately because we were clueless what to do. OK, I was panic'd and Chris was just shaking his head at me. Jolene of course calmed me down, as well as busted on me a bit (what are friends for, ha ha). Also, she busted her face on a bookshelf in the patio room, this weekend. Oh the joys of learning to walk and the poor dear have the gracefulness of her mother (NOT)!!!

I take about 10 new pictures a day, nope not kidding, I'm a bit obsessed with photographing our sweet girl! So, though I'd share a few with me that are just silly and sweet. The one of her posing makes me laugh. She will be taking her steps that she is getting so good at, and when she falls, she goes into a different pose each time. She might do a supermodel pose like the one you see, or she might lay completely down in exhaustion, or pop right back up. It's just always something new with her. She makes us laugh constantly, and yes she knows she has us completely whooped. Also are some sweet pics with Gracie and her Gammy! Plus, while Gammy was here we went to get our first official foot size and our first official pair of tennis shoes. We have been a bit slow in the shoe department, because she is like her mom and likes to be barefoot. She has realized that she can make alot more noise when she has her shoes on though, so she's taking to them better. Oh, an exciting update. After the first night of her screaming her guts outs at bedtime, she is doing fabulous. She may fuss a little when we put her down for night night, but then she goes to sleep and has been sleeping all night (knock on wood)! She is also adjusting to daycare slowly. She is getting the hang of napping on her nap mat (it's adorable, I'll have to take a pic of her on it) and the new nap time, and doing better with the big people food. She still rips my heart out when she hollers and cries for me when I drop her off, but everyone tells me this is normal at that age (still makes me feel like a horrible mean mommy)!

I had no idea you have to start brushing your child's teeth so early in life, and was very seriously doubting this was feasible. Call me a liar because Gracie took to it pretty well. Now she doesn't just open up wide and let me go to town with the toothbrush, but she thinks it's pretty fun. She especially loves when I get my toothbrush and show her how its done. She then proceeds to grab mine and try to copy me. This was our first experience with brushing her teeth and of course we have to document it! Yes I know you're thinking I could have taken 1 or 2, but how freakin cute is she, I must take multiple shots!!!

There were way too many birthday pictures to choose from so thought her birthday needed it's own spot. She had a fabulous day and fought sleep like a champ. We had bought an adorable onsie, bloomer and tutu set and she was a show off with her tutu on. It was very hard to say goodbye to our Childress & Brownwood family and our Nana and Colpa. We wish we were all closer! The picture in the crib was the first picture taken of her as soon as she woke up on her birthday. She was so happy when she woke up and obviously knew it was her birthday! I cannot believe she is already one, my how time flies when you're having fun!

WE'RE BACK!

We've been out of the world of internet due to changing providers, which meant no blogging. Sorry, but we're back! Chris and I decided we should still get yall caught up with the many adventures of Grace Cox, so here we go. She is standing on her own, walking while holding things, as well as walking some steps on her own. She is getting her booty a workout though, as she falls often. She has changed rooms in daycare so she is getting to do more things, such as color, learn songs, etc. She is not completely sold on daycare like she was in the beginning, but we're hoping and praying she gets on board. She cries so hard when I leave her and it breaks my heart, but I know that is normal, but doesn't make it hurt any less. They are also changing her nap time, which is proving to be very difficult for us all. She is still very passionate about her pacifier, as you'll see it's in many pictures, but hey we'll work on that one at a later date. Her game is to see how many pacifiers she can find, and then carry them all around with her. We got scolded by our Pediatrician as we haven't taken her off bottles completely, so we are trying. She is down to the bedtime one. Bedtime, we also got scolded for this as we are softies and haven' t been letting her cry it out, which means we have begun that too. She cried the first night for 1 1/2 hours straight. OMG, it was so hard to listen and do nothing. The next night she cried for a few minutes and that was it (we're not so naive to think that's that, but hey we can dream). She is still babbling and saying her own things. She is going to be a master manipulator, we're already seeing. She totally knows the word "no" and when she hears it she smiles and puts on the charm with her precious little laugh. We try very hard to be strong and not laugh (doesn't always work) and stand our ground. She is such a player, she knows she has us wrapped! We are of course now a year old and she had a fabulous party and loved all her friends and family that came to be with her. She had many celebrations during her birthday month, and it took her four tries to devour a birthday cake. She has 8 teeth now, four on top and four on bottom, and let me tell you from experience do not get your finger near those chompers, she knows how to use them. I'm sure I'm missing mounds more, but that's a good start. Gracie gets some more family time!

Gracie has been lucky to have more family time, especially from far away family, Carrie & Chase. Carrie lives in Virginia with her husband Matt, while Chase is stationed in Japan with the Marines. We were lucky to get to see them this year and they got to spend some time with Gracie. Gammy also came to visit, although she had back surgery and wasn't allowed to pick her up or get on the floor and play. Next time! Thanks for the Easter basket Gammy!

HAPPY 2ND ANNIVERSARY TO US!

Chris and I went to a songwriter showcase here in Midland. It was such a cool experience, and definitely something neither of us has ever done. We went with another couple, Cyd & Val, and we had such a great time (thanks you two)! Basically three country songwriters came and played their songs they've written for some country artists, such as Randy Travis, Tobey Keith, Kenny Chesney, Keith Whitley and the list goes on. I of course got my picture taken with two of them and we got an autographed children's book signed for Gracie, that was written by one of the songwriters.

I've not updated the blog for a long time and boy is there a lot to catch yall up on! Chris and I celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary and had such a great time. We went to a songwriter showcase with another couple, Cyd & Val, and it was such a cool event. We've also begun a remodel on our hall bathroom, had many trees and stumps cleared from the backyard, and just gave the go ahead for the bamboo to be dug up and cement slab to be poured in the backyard. Work is crazy as ever, Thor is still the protector of us all, Chris's mom, sister and brother visited since the last post, and Gracie has begun to stand and trying to walk. She has finally gotten her front two teeth, she has 8 teeth in all now, her hair is finally growing, and she has become so expressive. She loves to give kisses, wrinkle her nose at pucker her lips at you, say mama and dada and some other things we've yet to figure out, as well as terrorize Thor. Her sleeping is either or bad, but Chris is so helpful with that now that she is on a bottle full time. We're gearing up for her first birthday party. I cannot believe she is 11 months old, where has this year gone?

There is nothing like family, and no one like Paw Paw!

Although I love getting to see my family, we all gathered for a very sad occasion. Our precious Paw Paw ended his battle and went to see Maw Maw. As hard as it was for each of us, we all found comfort in time spent together celebrating what a wonderful, loving and generous man we all had the honor of calling dad or Paw Paw. I will cherish every second I got to spend with him, and have incredible memories with him. He had the best laugh that was so genuine, and he loved his family so much, and it showed in his kind eyes. Having lived with him and Maw Maw such a large amount of my childhood, and then being able to visit often before that, I can barely remember times they weren't a part of my life. Having lost Maw Maw, and now losing Paw Paw, my world has been turned upside down. In my head I know they are both at peace, and together, but my heart can't seem to wrap itself around that just yet. I do know that the time I got to spend with my family was exactly what I needed and I thank each and every one of you for the hugs, the laughs, the looks, the words. I also must thank my friends for all the messages, texts, and prayers, as they too have helped me so very much. We all said we must keep getting together, and not waiting for sorrow to gather, so I'm holding you all to it. I loved growing up with my cousins and aunt and uncles all around me, and that is my hope for my daughter. When she is older, I pray she has the silly stories and incredible memories I have from my childhood with each of you, and she can gather in a room with family and feel the love we all have for each other.

Grace woke up this morning and started her own Gracie language which I enjoy over the monitor. I venture in to find her sitting up and just jabbering away. This was the first time I've got her just sitting up in bed, hanging out, so of course the camera came out. I threw all the toys in to keep her occupied while I went in search of the camera. She has still has a sleepy face, but oh what an adorable face it is! We are also on high alert for her fourth teeth to cut, she cut her right eye tooth and the left is seconds away. Therefore everything is fair game for going in her mouth, and she has that rash around her mouth again (finally we realize why she gets it worse at different times, teeth cutting!).

Gracie has a swing and she loves it. We bundled her up in her camo sweatsuit (in honor of her Uncle Chase who is a Marine) and got to pushing. She loved it and giggled and squealed with delight. Thor ran around the yard, but kept a close eye on her hear and there, to make sure his baby was ok!

Who needs toys when you have a ......... SPOON to play with. I had read (yes 1st time mom, quit laughing at me) that if your child is fussy at feeding time then give them something to play with so they think mealtime is fun. So, we gave her a spoon! Who would have thought we'd laugh so hard watching her play with a darn spoon. She would put it in her mouth in between bites, play a drum solo with it and then put in her mouth with no hands and just stare at us like, "what are yall looking at?"

Did someone say playtime???

Darci & John had a sweet boy, John Paul "J.P" a few weeks after we had Gracie. They are in the same room together at daycare and play hard throughout the week. They came over and gave Gracie a precious outfit (thanks!) and the kids decided there is always time to play. The funniest moment was when J.P. decided he should really have Gracie's pacifier....NOW...and took it out of her mouth. They traded back and forth and had a grand ole time!

Oh how she loves the walker. She gets in it and either chills and just plays with her toys or she is a wild woman! She gets going in the walker and chases Thor, explores all over the place, and of course sees what she can get close enough to in order to grab it and put it in her mouth. We gave her a few morsels to snack on the other day and I turned around and she was feeding them to Thor (oh the sign of things to come).

Gracie has begun to make the silliest, but sweetest faces. Here are a few. She smiles so big that her whole face smushes (is that a word), and she loves to wrinkle her nose and make this funny little nose where she is blowing air out of her mouth. She has definitely made progress with her two bottom teeth, believe me she has used them on me (and I won't say where), if you look closely at the picture below you can see them. Right now she has this little rash around her bottom lip and underneath her child. Nurse says it's from all the drool. We're treating it with Eucerin (aka: Miracle Cream).

Well we have fabulous news, Katie's cancer has shrunk and her Doctor feels encouraged that what is still there is scar tissue. We're all grinning ear to ear with this news! She's going to continue on with the rest of her treatments for a few months and keep checking the progress, which we will all continue to pray for. This is wonderful news and the Cox family is extremely happy to hear this. Here's a picture of Gracie and her Aunt Katie cuddling. This picture is a bit old, hint hint, shouldn't we take some new ones, hint hint!!! Continue to keep Katie in yours prayers, as they are being answered!!!!

Well our daycare room, The Angels, has three cases of RSV.....and Gracie is one of them. A coworker of mine emailed me last week to tell me her 3 month old son had it and I just knew I better get Gracie into the Doctor. She'd started some cold like symptoms on Sunday, but had acted ok. Well, she had it, and we've been home ever since. She is taking liquid Albuterol and then we're treating the cold like symptoms. Poor thing has a yucky cough and is full of boogies. She is still running a fever, so that will keep her out of daycare till her body can kick that. Please keep her in your prayers for a speedy recovery and some rest for her tired mommy and daddy. She is enjoying her sippy cup, she hasn't mastered the tilting up part, but sure likes to chew on it. She also loves bathtime, and adores her bath ring we just got for her. She loves to splash us and grab her toys from the water. Such a sweet girl!!!

Well the new year brings a new project for me and that is to keep this blog spot going. Well honestly it's to figure it out! It seemed so easy when Kyle (thanks for your help) was teaching me, but.... The year 2008 ended with a bang, we traveled to Childress and Gracie got to meet lots of family. It was so great to see everyone, it's been too long, we need to get together more often! Gracie loved all the attention and although she didn't sleep much, she had a great time and loves her family. Gammy came to Midland to help with some house remodeling and ring in the new year with Gracie. Gracie was a party animal on New Years, she stayed up till 7:30pm!

Here are some pics from our family gathering at Paw Paw's. It was so much fun to see everyone and catch up. We had lots of yummy food, took loads of pictures and caught up on everyones lives. We need to do this more often. I say we all meet at the lake this summer, any takers??? Linda (my mother in law) came and spent time with us this Christmas too, I'm sure we were overwhelming, but it was great to have her there.

We went with Jolene, Harris and Tanner to visit Santa. Gracie was very interested in him and took a handful of Santa's beard with her. She sat very patiently in his lap and I'm sure whispered her many Christmas wishes to him. She also loved posing in front of all the beautifully decorated trees at the Museum of the Southwest with her, as Tanner would say, "her brothers"!

Oh my how time flies. Gracie was such a little bit of precious when she was born and today she is 8 months old and amazing. Chris and I are madly in love with her and are so proud of her. She has cut two teeth, loves to clap and giggle, she is desperately trying to sit up on her own, rolls and scoots everywhere, is working on a whispy blond mohawk (thank god for bows) and babbles her own little language.
